We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not run analytics scripts that profile you. Your browser will request standard fonts from Google Fonts when you load the page — Google may log your IP address as part of that request.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and (if you become a customer) deliver the work you've asked for. The legal basis is legitimate interest for replying to enquiries and contract once you become a client.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards them to our inbox. Email is hosted by our standard mail provider. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for 6 years after the end of our work together, as required by HMRC for tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email info@nomorerubbishwebsites.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
